READY-FOR-MARKET PLAN: A written report, outlined room by room, detailing the necessary steps to take to get a residential property ready for a sales presentation. The report details items to remove, suggested updates, arrangement of client’s furnishings and a list of decorative items to purchase. ADVISORY SERVICES: An appointment to assess the existing condition and presentation of the residence, provide details of the showcasing process and address the sellers issues and recommend solutions. • Core Consultation – Verbal: The seller takes notes as a stager makes report. • Core Consultation – Written: The stager writes up a formal Ready-For-Market Report. • Deluxe Consultation: The Core Consultation Written plus a 30 minute follow-up phone call to handle any issues that have arisen plus a follow up appointment to review residence. SHOWCASING SERVICES: The activation phase of staging, which consists of arranging furniture, accessories, artwork and the room’s lighting to sell a residence. All prep work has been completed previously. • Full Showcasing: This package includes three showcasing days, which entails planning, shopping for props and/or rental of props, preparing, completed by two stagers on site. • One-Day Showcasing: This package consists of one day of planning, rearranging, accessorizing and hanging wall art. • Mini-Showcasing: This is a two hour appointment to arrange one room. PREPARING SERVICES: The supervision of contractors, movers, shopping, color-consultation and administrative aspects that occur prior to or simultaneously with showcasing services. • Power Hour: An hour of a stager’s time on the above preparatory services. • Power Hour Pack: A pre-paid package of 10 power hours offering a discount off individual hourly rate. FURNITURE/ACCESSORY RENTAL: Furniture and accessories are available for renting either from A PROPER PLACE or an outside rental company. The rental merchandise are selected, delivered and installed to the site for one flat rate. PHOTO STYLING: A two-hour appointment to arrange furniture for the web photos.
